Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Martial Lens collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI martial arts film-study tool.

1. Who we are

Martial Lens (“Martial Lens”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides an AI-powered martial arts film-study tool that analyzes uploaded training footage and returns technical scoring, mechanical leak detection, and tactical habit analysis. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at support@martiallens.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account.
  • Video and training content: the sparring, pad, or bag-work clips you upload, along with any athlete names, notes, or labels you add.
  • Analysis output: the scores, leak detections, and habit assessments our system generates from your footage.
  • Billing information: if you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we receive limited transaction details but not your full card number.
  • Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions, collected automatically to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process your uploaded footage and generate technical breakdowns.
  • Create and maintain your account and deliver the service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Improve the accuracy and performance of our analysis models and product.
  • Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

4. How your video footage is handled

Your uploaded clips are processed to produce your breakdown and are stored so you can revisit your results. We treat your footage as private to your account. We do not sell your footage, and we do not publish or share it publicly without your permission. We may use de-identified or aggregated data derived from footage to improve our models; where we use footage to train or improve models in a way that is not de-identified, we will provide a control or obtain consent as required by applicable law.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the service (for example cloud hosting, storage, payment processing, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of your data.
  • Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Martial Lens, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.

6. Data retention

We retain your account information and footage for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your clips at any time from your account, and you can request deletion of your account by contacting support@martiallens.com. We may retain limited information as required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@martiallens.com. You can also update your account details or delete uploaded clips directly within the product.

9. Children’s privacy

Martial Lens is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
